Policies
The Grapevine House is a small property and your reservation is important to us. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, with a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy prior to your arrival date. If you cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, check out early or shorten your stay, you will have to take responsibility for your reservation.
- Check in is after 2pm. Late arrivals by arrangement please.
- Check out is at 10:30 a.m.
- All rooms are based on single or double occupancy.
- State sales tax, county and township bed tax are additional.
- Wine and alcoholic beverages are permitted.
- We accept cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover
- No pets allowed
- No smoking on premises
- Rates and policies are subject to change
Two week cancellation notice, No Pets/Non Smoking, $15.00 for each additional person / children 3 and under free. Our facilities are NOT handicap accessible.
